2004 – Educație bazată pe Internet
In 2004 are launched the Education based on Internet program and the first platform of EMCD (www.hivability.ro). Between 2004 and 2005 are developed 11 new course modules, the number of graduates being 33690 in 2015. Project funded by The Global Fund to Fight HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria.
