Also in 2000 is launched the Mobile Unit Project – dental and dermatological services. The Mobile Unit is a initiative of RAA, adopted by the Ministry of Health and resulted in approximately 300.000 USD funding through the World Bank program. From these funds were purchased: one mobile medical clinic composed from one dental cabinet, one dermatological  and surgery cabinet and one sterilization department with the afferent medical equipment and instruments. Implemented by the Romanian Angel Appeal  in partnership with the Infectious Diseases Institute „Prof. Matei Balș” from Bucharest and infectious diseases partner hospitals in the country, the project benefits for the first years of expert advice from Banbin Jesu Hospital – Rome.

The project aims to reduce the number of children with skin infections and acute dental interventions and regular medical control , awareness of the danger of HIV transmission through dental and dermatological and reducing the potential risk.
In addition ,it contributes to promote the interests of children and their right to health care, and to foster collaboration among different categories of health personnel. The project is funded by the Franco Moschino , Regione Piemonte and the World Bank ( through the Ministry of Health) for the period 2000-200 ????
