Also in 1991, RAA introduce the education program in Portage system in a number of a childcare institutions. Six hundreds children from Child Orphanage no.1 Botosani, Preschool Child Orphanage no.1 Botosani, Section 3 of Child Orphanage Iasi, Preschool Child Orphanage no.2 Constanta, Constanta Municipal Hospital, Post Cura 3 Constanta benefits of Portage. RAA ensure volunteers, training for institutions staff, working materials and Portage tests. The program is runed until 1997.
