Oana PĂȘĂLAN

Oana is working in NGOs field for over 13 years during which she accumulated experience in projects coordination, volunteer management, peer education, fundraising, writing applications, training and mobilizing community resources.

Over time, being part of Romania Angel Appeal team, Oana was involved in projects aimed at preventing transmission of HIV from mother to child, socio-professional integration of young people infected with HIV, the qualification of women in the occupation of babysitter, integration of children with autism, training professionals in various types of therapy for children with autism as well as teacher training projects in mainstream schools and special schools.

As a member of the team of trainers Oana participated in education sessions for adults and adolescents and also for specialists in family planning, peer education, writing and implementation of projects, drug prevention, peer education on reproductive health, project management.

Oana graduated the Faculty of Political Science.
