Ioana MITROI

Since 2010 Ioana is Human Resources Coordinator at Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation and she is dealing with every aspect of human resources management in the organization. She likes to make personnel selection and to find the right man for the right job, thus contributing to the success of the projects that RAA Foundation is running.

Ioana likes to work with colleagues from RAA, because the value of the team is one of the strengths of the Foundation, from her point of view.

She graduated in Psychology, Clinical Psychology specialization. She worked as a psychologist in the department of nervous diseases of Titan Dispensary and then in a private clinic specializing in occupational medicine. Here she discovered her passion for recruitment and graduated courses of Inspector and Manager in Human Resources, the knowledge gained from these specializations complementing skills acquired at the Faculty of Psychology.
