
Although being among the most young and new team members of RAA Foundation, Andrei integrated himself into the team as a devoted man, who puts a lot into what he is doing and also appreciates the work environment, considering it the most important motivational factor.
As a sociologist, our colleague, in addition to the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of projects financed by the Global Fund to Fight HIV / AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, is involved in fundraising and research.
His experience spans over 10 years of involvement as a volunteer or employed in nongovernmental sector and is currently a PhD candidate in the Doctoral School of Sociology, University of Bucharest, trying to study “the third sector” and its role in society.
Among his hobbies we can mention non-formal education, socio-educational animation, hiking and going out with friends. Being a graduate of the Master of Human Resource Management, Andrei is a good trainer and facilitator, being attracted to work with and for people, reason why he has accreditation to work as: Trainer, Project Manager and not finally, Assessor for European projects.
